We base our practice on Siddha Yoga meditation. It involves turning your attention inward, to locate your inner truth and touch the god within. Over time, and through regular practice, it becomes easier to access this state of self-realisation – even when you’re occupied with day-to-day activities.

We offer individual consultations, workshops and get-togethers throughout the year.
