Beth has been teaching Yoga since 2011 and she is not only very well experienced, but she is a humbling leader, full of knowledge, honesty and a has fantastic attitude towards ensuring the student experiences the yoga as truthfully as possible.
To top that off, the wonderful and strong Michelle Varchione will be facilitating this yoga programme alongside Emily Desmond as senior guest instructor.
Course information and FAQ’s
The course has been designed to suit and fit all types of students, aiming to really give you the tools and skills you need to lead a class, learn about yourself, learn about students around you and of course learn about the wonders of yoga.
Vinyasa yoga is characterised by flowing movements which accompany the breath. Pranayama (life force/ breath) will be a main focus in our teacher training as using your breathing correctly can not only help you advance as a practitioner but also understand the essence of the yoga and it’s teachings.
What makes a good teacher training stand out?
A good teacher training must include; a fantastic leader, clarity in teaching, simplicity, good intent, passion and factual teachings. All aspects to empower our trainees to become inspiring teachers.
These are all very important factors and exactly what you will get with this TT, and with Beth Crivelli leading this year’s TT is what makes this training stand out even more.
What makes Kula’s Vinyasa TT different from other teacher training courses?
