Vibe Leader
Part Time Role (Minimum of 20 hours p/w)

Do you want to become a part of the Kula Family? Are you a people person and love to bring positive vibes into your work environment?

Vibe Leaders are the eyes, ears and face of the studio. As a Vibe Leader you are in charge of the energy at the studio, you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding service to customers and supporting the studio’s day-to-day operations.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the Vibe of the studio
  • Educate students about the Yoga products and services
  • Greet and check in students for class and appointments
  • Deal with e-mail request and telephone calls
  • Keep the studio looking amazing at all times
  • Support colleagues in their tasks
  • Support students in their experience
  • Be aware of news and events in the studio
  • Become proficient with the studio software to deal with bookings and packages
  • Being a Kula ambassador

  • Genuine interest for the yoga and wellbeing

PART TIME ROLE (15 hours p/w)

Does making a difference through Yoga and wellbeing excite you? Are you a people person and love to bring positive vibes into your work environment?

We are currently looking for a creative, fun and hardworking marketing executive.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Digital marketing

  • Creation of new campaign ideas, to drive new studio sign ups and maintain current levels of membership
  • Maintain the Kula website, ensuring information is up to date and relevant
  • Artwork design and production
  • Creation of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and news flashes
  • Create and manage content on Kula’s social media accounts

Traditional marketing

  • Manage strategic alliances with (Corporates, schools and local businesses)
  • Public Relations
  • Events
  • Reporting, including competitor industry analysis

Required attributes:

  • Experience in WordPress and/or other CMS platforms
  • Experience with google analytics google adwords
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Experience with Photoshop
  • Experience with Mailchimp an/or other email marketing platforms
  • Experience with social media

Helping hand Programme

Do you love yoga, but find it difficult to afford at the moment?

If the answer is yes, then you might want to hear what we have to offer in Kula.

Our Helping Hands commit to at least ten hours per month supporting our studio, helping us with Marketing, IT and PR. They also lend a hand setting up before and after classes. In return they get to practise any of our yoga and movement classes for just £40 per month.

We are currently looking for dedicated people to join our Marketing Helping Hands Team. Receive a discounted monthly package in exchange for your marketing brain.
